At Ads-Up Promotions our goal is to provide you with Promotional Products that meet or exceed your expectations 100% of the time. We do everything in our power to create a product with which you are 100% satisfied. We provide virtual samples for proofing and, as requested or appropriate, free samples of the product to ensure that it meets or exceeds your expectations. If your Promotional Products or your imprint are not exactly as you approved them and you are not 100% satisfied just return all of the product within 7 days and we will replace it free of charge or refund your money. By the way…. We also believe in On-Time Shipments and will back that up as well!
Virtual samples
A virtual sample is a photo of the product with your logo on it representing size and location in proportion, as well as listed colors. If you need exact color matching, you will need to provide us with PMS color(s).
Free Samples
Reasonable product sample requests (under $10.00) will be shipped at no charge with your provided shipper number. Product samples over $10.00 will be billed and you will receive a full credit if returned.
Returns
Please notify us of any issues within 48-hours of receipt. If you return all of the product within 7 days of receipt we will replace it free of charge or refund your money. Please request return instructions and Return Authorization # before returning by calling (801) 699-3259 or emailing Support@AdsUpPromotions.com. Returns will not be accepted on items that have been used unless they are defective.
On-Time Shipment
You need it when you need it! Just let us know your in hands date when you place your order and we will confirm that we can meet your requested date. If your event is missed because we did not ship on time, your order is on us. (We cannot guarantee against natural disasters).
